Role Overview
We are seeking a talentedGraphic & Video Editorto own the visual identity traditional consumer design roles this position requires a unique blend of technical understanding and aesthetic precision. You will be responsible for creating high-fidelity assets that simplify complex B2B workflows demonstrate software ROI and maintain a premium trustworthy brand image across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production & Editing (Primary Focus)
Product Demos:Edit high-impact software demo videos; this includes screen recording motion tracking and adding annotations that guide the viewer through complex UI/UX without overwhelming them.
Explainer Videos:Create short-form (30-90 sec) animated explainer videos that break down specific enterprise pain points.
Social & Ads:Edit vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) video content for LinkedIn YouTube and paid ad campaigns optimized for engagement and conversion.
Webinars & Case Studies:Edit long-form content (webinars customer interviews) into digestible highlight reels and testimonial snippets.
2. Graphic Design
Visual Assets:Design compelling marketing collateral including eBooks whitepapers one-pagers and pitch decks that align with our B2B brand guidelines.
Digital Ads:Create static and animated display ads (HTML5/MP4) for retargeting campaigns and LinkedIn Ads.
Brand Consistency:Maintain a cohesive visual language across the website social media and sales enablement materials ensuring all designs look enterprise-ready.
3. Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with the Product Marketing team to understand technical features and translate them into user-centric visual narratives.
Manage the post-production workflow ensuring assets are delivered on time for product launches and marketing campaigns.
Stay ahead of design trends within the B2B SaaS space specifically regarding motion design and UI/UX communication.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience:1-2years of experience in graphic design and video editing preferably within B2B SaaS Tech or Martech industries.
Portfolio:A strong portfolio demonstrating:
Clean minimalistic design aesthetics.
Software/product demo editing (UI recording).
Motion graphics that explain technical concepts.
Technical Aptitude:Ability to understand software dashboards APIs and workflows enough to visually represent them accurately.
What Success Looks Like
Clarity:Complex SaaS features are understood by prospects within the first 10 seconds of viewing your video.
