Were looking for a rockstar Manager Inside Sales to take our growth to the next level. If youre someone who thrives on building high-performing sales teams and driving meaningful business impact we want to hear from you!


What Youll Do


  • Lead inspire and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Team Leads to crush sales targets consistently.
  • Own the lead conversion funnel turning inbound interest into loyal customers.
  • Design and execute short- and long-term sales strategies that directly impact our bottom line.
  • Be the coach your team looks up to holding 1:1s driving performance reviews and helping them level up.
  • Collaborate with marketing product and leadership to align sales goals with company vision.
  • Bring data to life track metrics identify trends and steer the ship using real-time insights.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on market trends tech solutions and the ever-evolving sales landscape.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports offering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.


What Were Looking For:

  • 8 years of experience in Inside Sales and Account Management.
  • Hands-on expertise in the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong background managing inbound sales or outbound sales teams.
  • Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Solid knowledge of IT products/services especially SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRMs sales analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership mentoring and communication skills.
  • High energy highly accountable and deeply customer-focused.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment.



Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR functions Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Internship or project experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory
