Job Summary

A growing finance-focused organization is seeking a reliable Administrative Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and assist with marketing outreach. This role combines general administrative support with coordination of email and text-based marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing calendars scheduling and correspondence

  • Maintaining internal documentation and records

  • Supporting management with day-to-day administrative needs

  • Coordinating email and text marketing campaigns

  • Organizing contact lists tracking outreach and following up on leads

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative or operations support roles
