This position is primarily a front-desk receptionist role with light facilities and administrative support. The individual will sit at the main reception desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors vendors and internal stakeholders in a high-visibility office environment including regular interaction with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Greet check in and assist visitors and guests in a professional hospitality-focused manner
Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries
Manage visitor access badges and front-desk protocols
Maintain a polished and organized reception area
Enter and track work orders in the facilities system
Coordinate and schedule vendors for maintenance and repair needs
Assist with inventory tracking supplies and general administrative tasks
Support the facilities team with basic coordination and reporting as needed
Qualifications
35 years of experience in a receptionist front desk or office coordination role
Professional polished demeanor with strong customer service and hospitality skills
Excellent communication organization and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a high-visibility environment with senior stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
