What Were Looking For:
We need experienced HVAC technicians who can handle installation maintenance and service calls with confidence. But were also open to entry-level candidates who are motivated eager to learn and ready to develop a long-term career in HVAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces AC units heat pumps ductwork thermostats).
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak performance.
- Communicate clearly with customers about their needs provide estimates and recommend solutions.
- Document all work performed accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and regular drug testing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; able to lift carry and work in confined spaces.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings weekends or holidays.
- For entry-level applicants: Positive attitude ability to learn quickly and willingness to do hands-on work.
- For experienced techs: HVAC certifications (EPA 608 preferred) proven track record in service/installation.
