HVAC Sheet Metal Journeyman

Job Description

Innovative Sheet Metal (ISM) a successful and fast-paced commercial contractor is currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Installer for commercial and industrial projects in Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time position for a dependable professional with 5 years of experience who takes pride in quality workmanship jobsite safety and working as part of a team.

Our team works on a wide variety of commercial projects and we are looking for dependable individuals who are eager to learn work safely and take pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

Install commercial and industrial ductwork and related mechanical systems.
Read and work from blueprints specifications and construction drawings.
Perform layout and installation work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain a clean safe and organized work area at all times.
Work professionally with foremen project managers other trades and customers.
Follow all company safety policies and jobsite requirements.
Support jobsite productivity by communicating clearly and working as part of a crew.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience performing commercial and industrial sheet metal work.
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
Dependable attendance and ability to work a consistent 40-hour work week.
Strong work ethic good attitude and ability to work well with others.
Must represent the company professionally at all times.
