Job Summary

The Senior Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the build assembly and troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical industrial equipment within a production manufacturing environment.
This position supports the high-quality fabrication and assembly of machinery that must meet strict performance quality and reliability standards. The role requires deep hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical assembly the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and schematics and strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and manufacturing issues.
Work is primarily performed on the production floor with occasional overtime required based on customer demand.
Required Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience

Experience in electro-mechanical assembly

Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical products

Ability to understand and follow written instructions and blueprints

Strong mechanical aptitude

Vocational or technical training is a plus
