$300 Bonus Available: Receive a $300 bonus upon completing 4 months of work with no lateness or disciplinary infractions.
Shifts Available:
- Full-Time Morning Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM
- Full-Time Overnight Shift: Sunday 11PM-7AM Tuesday-Thursday 11pm-8AM
- Part-Time Morning Shift: Saturday & Sunday 8AM-4PM
Expected duties may include but are not limited to
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Monitor CCTV
- Monitor fire alarm panel
- Provide JSB standard customer while assisting clients customers employees visitors and guests
- Report any suspicious persons vehicles packages and/or activities
- Maintain presence in lobby and assist visitors
- Immediate response and assist to emergencies to provide necessary support and contact emergency services when necessary
- Patrol site
- Write incident reports and log book entries
- Protect the clients and companys assets from theft assault fire or other safety issues
- Ability to work independently and with other team members
Requirements:
- 2 years security experience
- Valid New York State Security Guard License
- Fireguard S95 Certification or willingness to obtain
- CPR & First Aid
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Flexible work schedule
- Must be able to work weekends
- Strong and Consistent Work Ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Command of the English language and ability to be clearly understood in English
- Strong smartphone & tablet operating skills
- Professional Demeanor and Appearance
- 18 years old (or the minimum age required by State)
- Authorized to legally work in the United States
- Pass a drug test with negative results
- Pass an extensive background check including criminal history personal references and employment and education verification as well as Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
- If prior military must be able to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated upon job offer
