The Client
A growing HR consultancy supporting smallmedium businesses across Australia is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team. The organisation combines HR technology with practical peoplefirst advisory support acting as the outsourced HR function for clients across construction manufacturing retail hospitality and other highvolume ER environments.

The Role
Reporting to a senior HR leader the HR Business Partner will manage a portfolio of clients and provide endtoend HR support. Key responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities
- Provide daytoday HR and ER advice across performance misconduct investigations warnings and terminations
- Interpret and apply modern awards and enterprise agreements
- Draft and review employment contracts letters and HR documentation
- Support HR administration including onboarding offboarding policy development and employee record management
- Manage client queries (primarily via email) within agreed SLAs
- Build strong relationships with client leaders and act as a trusted advisor
- Identify emerging issues and contribute to proactive HR solutions
- Support the adoption of internal HR systems and technology tools
Growth Opportunity

The Right Person
The successful candidate will bring:
- 23 years HR advisory experience ideally in ERheavy environments
- Strong knowledge of modern awards enterprise agreements and Fair Work processes
- Demonstrated experience managing performance misconduct and termination matters
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and switch contexts effectively
- Strong organisational skills and a practical solutionsfocused approach
- Confidence with HR systems and technology
- A personable grounded style with the ability to build trust quickly
