Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Business Manager to join our Total Audio team!
In this role youll lead a high-performing sales team focused on a dedicated portfolio of key agency partners. You will work closely with both agency leadership and the wider Melbourne Management Team to develop innovative cross-media advertising solutions that drive results.
Day to day you will:
- Deliver against group revenue targets.
- Provide sales leadership mentorship and clear direction to your team.
- Represent the Nine Audio brand within the market maintaining a strong and reputable presence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive team revenue plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our market share.
- Provide accurate team revenue forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrated Digital Media skills
- Ability to work in a faced past environment and adapt and be flexible to change leading your team through change
- Strong commercial acumen
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Experience leading a team
- Programmatic Media skills (not essential)
- Understanding of the Data Landscape (not essential)
- Exposure to Broadcast and other Media (not essential)
