Your Role and Responsibilities

Build and deliver systems that translate the large-scale language model into real user value

Lead design and development processes under high uncertainty from concept to production

Improve team productivity through effective development process design

Take end-to-end ownership of ML systems from algorithms to deployment and operation

Experience and Qualifications

5 years of professional development or ML engineering experience

Strong leadership skills to define and implement solutions from ambiguous requirements

High engineering standards and a mindset focused on ideal solutions and continuous improvement

Alignment with the mission to create world-class user experiences using LLMs

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with MLOps in production environments

Experience designing model evaluation metrics and benchmarks

Background in statistical analysis data processing visualization and modeling
