About the job
Assist in reviewing drafting and organizing a broad range of legal documents including contracts NDAs corporate resolutions compliance forms and intellectual property (IP) filings.
Support the onboarding and management of franchise partners by ensuring proper contractual documentation compliance verification and alignment with corporate legal standards.
Conduct legal research on commercial corporate regulatory and IP-related matters summarizing findings for internal counsel and supporting ongoing projects.
Maintain and update legal databases and document-management systems ensuring accuracy confidentiality and timely retrieval of information.
Monitor deadlines renewals compliance requirements and franchise-related obligations helping ensure business continuity and legal consistency across regions.
Evaluate existing documentation workflows to identify opportunities for optimization proposing enhancements that increase efficiency consistency and legal robustness.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
Bachelors degree in law Legal Studies Business Administration or a related field ideally complemented by a Paralegal Certification.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Paralegal Legal Assistant or in a similar legal administrative role preferably within an international or corporate environment.
Experience handling licenses permits registrations and insurance documentation ensuring compliance across different jurisdictions.
Strong understanding of contract management workflows legal document organization and compliance processes.
Highly organized and able to work with precision demonstrating excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and structure legal information clearly and accurately.
