About the Opportunity
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform scanning filing and general legal and clerical support.
- Assist attorneys with preparation of documents related to client matters.
- Proofreading and editing legal documents.
- Fact research.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact with attorneys clients all levels of staff and management at the firm.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints and high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree required.
- Prior legal experience is beneficial but not required.
SALARY
The base salary for this position is $50000 - $52000.
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. The actual salary offered will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience education and training.
