Job Title: SQA Engineer – BOP

Job Summary:
We are looking for an SQA Engineer with hands-on experience in Bought Out Parts (BOP) to ensure supplier quality compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage supplier quality for BOP components
Conduct supplier audits PPAP APQP and supplier evaluations
Handle supplier quality issues NCRs and corrective actions (8D)
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for quality improvement

Requirements:

Experience as SQA Engineer with strong exposure to BOP
Knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949 preferred)
Strong analytical communication and supplier management skills
