Job Summary

Job Description:

Project design Preliminary Design report with cost estimates design drawings preparation of specification and bill of quantities periodic site supervision.
Verify contract and Design parameters for MEP works and provide value engineering inputs on the same.
Experienced in project planning co-ordination with multiple inter and external consultants/ vendors.
Co-ordination and development of Design specifications BOQ DBR RFQ RFI etc.
Verification of MEP Design details for all stages of Design.
Initiatives in BIM IMS and Kaizen.
Should be well-versed with MEP design software AutoCAD Revit etc.
Should be well-versed with Codal requirement for MEP (NBC IS IEC NFPA standards)
