Job Description:
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will play a crucial part in planning coordinating and executing a variety of events that engage and inspire our audience. Whether its a corporate meeting a gala dinner or a community outreach program you will help ensure that every detail is meticulously arranged.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of various events including conferences workshops and social gatherings.- Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection catering transportation and audiovisual needs.
- Maintain and manage event budgets ensuring timely processing of payments and tracking of expenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement event marketing strategies.
- Prepare event materials such as invitations programs and attendee registration lists.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management event planning or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
