Medical Compliance Partner
Join our dynamic team of six dedicated professionals working across regulatory medical affairs and quality to ensure the delivery of Roches innovative therapeutic solutions. In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring patient access to our groundbreaking medicines with a strong focus on medical compliance especially GVP to enhance quality aspects within Medical and License to Operate Cluster. Youll collaborate with internal stakeholders take on cluster-wide coordination and supervise key activities all while gaining rich professional experience within a supportive and innovative environment. At Roche we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs such as workshops conferences town halls team meetings and other collaborative events.
The opportunity:
Implement quality principles and manage local procedures within the GCP/GVP domain with a particular focus on GVP in all areas.
Build and continuously enhance employee awareness of GCP/GVP and medical ethics while analyzing associated risks.
Maintain audit readiness under the right first time principle; support staff during audits by participating in selected activities.
Manage document circulation ensuring timely submissions to relevant institutions proper archiving in databases and compliance with factual accuracy.
Oversee Roche Polands Market Research and Patient Support Programs (MAPs) to ensure adherence to required standards and Roches global and local procedures.
Co-develop the Quality Monitoring System within Medical and License to Operate Cluster to ensure activities governed by GCP/GVP comply with Roche quality standards and legal requirements.
Supervise local GCP/GVP training processes coordinate and oversee related activities and assist employees with training systems and grids.
Who you are:
Holds medical and pharmacological knowledge with a solid understanding of relevant GCP/GVP regulations and medical ethics.
Familiar with Pharmaceutical Law and the local EFPIA Code of Ethics.
Proficient in English at a B2 level.
Understands and integrates perspectives from within the organization (both locally and globally) into actions.
Confident in decision-making and accountable for outcomes.
Open and constructive in facing change and challenges.
Pragmatic accepting effective solutions that facilitate objectives.
Capable of creating and reinforcing internal and external networks.
