Primary Job Function:
To ensure compliance with all relevant regulations promote a culture of safety and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the facility complies with all local state and Abbott EHS standards & statutory compliance such as renewal of factory license PCB consent & fire NOC etc.
Develop implement and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
Conduct regular risk assessments audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Lead investigations of accidents incidents and near-misses and develop preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Oversee waste management pollution control and sustainability initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of operations.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness.
Maintain accurate records of EHS activities including training inspections incident reports and regulatory submissions.
To proposed & monitor various energy & water saving projects.
To manage the operation of the ESTP for effective and compliant wastewater treatment.

Minimum Education:
Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety Advanced Diploma in Environment Engineering MBA in Fire & Safety
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
14.5 Years
