Job Summary:
We are looking for driven Sales Executives to support revenue growth through customer engagement and conversion-focused sales execution. This is a frontline role where you will interact directly with customers understand their needs communicate value clearly and close sales. Performance will be evaluated on sales outcomes communication quality and customer engagement effectiveness—not on activity alone.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Ownership
Engage with prospective customers through outbound and/or inbound sales interactions
Promote products or services by clearly communicating features benefits and value propositions
Convert leads into successful sales and consistently achieve assigned targets
Customer Communication & Engagement
Build rapport with customers through clear confident and professional communication
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Handle objections and follow-ups effectively to ensure closure
Execution & Reporting
Maintain basic sales records and updates as required by the business
Follow defined sales processes scripts and compliance guidelines
Contribute to team performance through disciplined execution and collaboration
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers
Confidence in handling customer conversations and closing discussions
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
