Job Summary

Profile:Jr. Accounts Executive-Manufacturing-Vapi-25k

Experience:

1 to 3 years in Accounts / Finance
Experience in manufacturing or trading industry (preferrable)

Salary Range: 15k to 25k

Roles:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales purchase receipts payments journal entries)
Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash management
Assist in GST returns TDS deductions and statutory filings under senior guidance
Support monthly closing ledger scrutiny and balance sheet preparation
Coordinate with vendors for invoice verification and payment follow-ups
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
Assist during internal and statutory audits
Prepare MIS and finance-related reports as required
Manage inventory accounting in coordination with stores and production teams
Ensure accurate data entry in Tally / ERP system

Qualification:

(Commerce background mandatory)
Knowledge of accounting and statutory compliances
Tally ERP - Mandatory
