About the Position:
Stellar is looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive to execute our go-to-market strategy for expanding our national provider network within our Payor programs.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for converting new business opportunitiesfrom lead generation through contracting and initial implementation. Your ultimate goal is to drive the growth and adoption of our value-based care platform in the primary care setting by persuading health systems and medical groups to utilize Stellar technology and participate in our VBC rewards programs.
You will play a crucial role in driving the business by translating contract mechanics operational capabilities analysis into a compelling clear value proposition for provider leadership. You will work within the larger Network Engagement Enterprise team and collaborate closely with internal teams including Implementations Provider Success and Customer Success to ensure successful partner launches.

Travel Requirement:
This position may require travel provider lead generation and prospect/client meetings. Additionally there will be periodic travel to healthcare conferences as well as to our corporate office in NYC. Travel percentage varies depending on the time of year.
Pay:
The salary range is$130000 - $150000 $variable compensationbased upon attainment of personal quota.Where a new hire falls within this range will be based on their individual skills and experience and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Stellars bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Stellar rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.
