The Opportunity
GEO is offering an exceptional opportunity for skilledand passionate Clinicians to join our Rehabilitation and Reintegration Services team at Ravenhall Correctional Centre with periodic work at GEOs Community Reintegration Centre in Melbourne.
As a Clinician you will play a pivotal role in supporting prisonersto make positive lasting change by delivering evidence-informed assessmentsinterventionsand reintegration support. Working in multidisciplinary teams you will contribute to GEOs model of integrated practicesupporting individuals both in custody and as they transition into the community.

Your Key Impact Areas
Clinicians at GEO are integral to our mission of reducing this role you will:
Conduct clinical interviews risk assessments psychometrictestingand behavioural assessments to inform treatment planning.
Develop forensic case formulations comprehensive treatmentplansand high-quality outcome reports.
Provide individual cognitive-behavioural interventions addressing treatment readiness violence family violence substance use antisocial attitudes problem solving trauma and wellbeing.
Facilitate group programs targeting criminogenic needs wellness healthyrelationshipsand reintegration.
Offer family-inclusive interventions and provide post-release support where ongoing care is essential to reducing recidivism.
Contribute to case-management planning case reviews behaviour supportplansand community reintegration plans.
Collaborate with custodial teamsForensicare Correct Care and GEOs Alliance Partners to deliver integrated impactful services.
Participate in cultural community and reintegration activities that support prisoner engagement and wellbeing.
Maintainaccurateclinical records and contribute to continuous improvement through professional supervision and development.
