The Recruiteris responsible forfulllife-cyclerecruiting; recruitingscreeningand recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external).The Recruiter will be responsiblefor recruiting corporate positions.
How youll contribute
ARecruiter who excels in this role:
- Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support Lifepoints overall strategic growth goals.
- Manage entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with Lifepoint standards to include but not limitedto:position posting sourcing Applicant Tracking System activity resume screening interviewing feedback management hiring recommendations offer presentation and negotiation and internal transfer process.
- Partner with individualhiring managers to understand current and futurestaffing needsas well as to ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.

- 3 years of recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiter experience preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required; Oracle Fusion preferred.
