Technical Recruiter / Staffing Consultant (IT)

A rapidly growing technology staffing firm is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Staffing Consultant to join its internal recruiting team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role with a strong focus on sourcing and placing high-demand IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Recruit for technical roles including Java Developers SRE DevOps Cloud Engineers and Security Engineers
- Source screen qualify and prepare candidates for client interviews
- Manage offer processes and successfully close candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants on assignment
- Partner closely with Account Executives and internal delivery teams
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of agency recruiting experience (non-entry level)
- Proven experience recruiting for IT / technical roles
- Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing qualification and closing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High-energy competitive and resilient mindset
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong production or billing track record in technical staffing
- Experience working in fast-paced staffing or consulting environments
- Naturally curious and proactive about staying current with technology trends
- Resourceful coachable and motivated to grow
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $70000 $100000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission and bonus structure
