Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings discovery depositions and motion practice
• Assist with case strategy hearings mediations and trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters
• Contribute to business development and client service initiatives as appropriate

Qualifications

• Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team
• Professional judgment and a client-focused approach
• Admission to the Missouri Bar required
