The Program Experience:
Over 24 months you will embark on a dynamic journey designed to transform you into a specialist.
Rotational Learning: You will complete four 6-month assignments across different stations (departments) working on project-based tasks.
Expert Mentorship: You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide your professional development and provide constructive feedback at the end of each rotation.
Development Program: Beyond on-the-job learning you will engage in a continuous training curriculum tailored to enhance both your technical proficiency and leadership soft skills.
This program is specifically designed to prepare you for high-impact roles in Research & Development Quality Manufacturing and Logistics areas.
Qualifications :
What Distinguishes You:
- We are looking for high-potential individuals with a drive to learn and the ambition to build a long-term career as a specialist at Bosch.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Computer Science Software Engineering or related technical fields.
- Maximum 3 years of professional experience.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Proactive analytical self-motivated and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Availability to work in Manisa. Willingness to work abroad for a period (6 or more months).
