Job Description Lead Facilities (Soft Services Technical & Transport)

Role Overview

The Lead Facilities is responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of Soft Services Technical Facilities Management and Employee Transport Services to ensure a safe efficient and well-maintained working environment. The role involves supervising vendor teams ensuring compliance with safety and statutory norms maintaining high service quality and supporting daily business operations through effective facility and transport management.

Key Responsibilities

A. Soft Services

• Oversee daily housekeeping deep cleaning schedules and hygiene compliance.
• Manage pantry cafeteria operations consumables and vending/water services.
• Supervise front office reception visitor management and mailroom operations.
• Monitor waste segregation sustainable practices pest control and indoor plants.
• Manage soft service vendors outsourced staff and inventory of consumables.
• Support setups for events and meeting rooms.
• Ensure hygiene safety audit compliance and prepare monthly service reports.

B. Technical Facilities Management

• Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems UPS DG sets lighting and power supply.
• Supervise HVAC systems temperature control and air quality standards.
• Oversee plumbing water supply systems pumps and drainage.
• Operate/monitor BMS and coordinate AMC/vendor support.
• Maintain fire safety systems; conduct fire drills and ensure statutory compliance.
• Implement preventive maintenance attend breakdowns and maintain asset logs.
• Manage technical inventory AMC renewals and vendor SLAs.
• Drive energy-saving initiatives and support ESG/ sustainability goals.
• Assist in fit-out projects and provide periodic maintenance and energy reports.

C. Transport Management

• Manage daily employee transport operations shuttles and routing.
• Coordinate with vendors and drivers; ensure adherence to schedules and safety norms.
• Handle employee queries and transport helpdesk.
• Plan cab rosters optimize routes and monitor GPS/TMS tracking.
• Ensure vehicle permits insurance driver license checks and women-safety protocols.
• Maintain documentation MIS and monitor transport costs.
• Arrange special transport for guests events and off-site requirements.
• Support automation and transport technology tools.

Qualifications

• Any graduation
• 712 years experience in facility operations technical maintenance & transport.
• Strong vendor management people leadership and compliance knowledge.
