Your mission:
Join us in disrupting post-trade processing in the Over-the-Counter (OTC) energy trading market.
Join us as a Cloud Engineer and leave your mark by redefining how energy post-trade operations work! You will have a real impact in shaping our engineering culture and our platform assuming responsibility and growing within our quickly developing startup.
What youll do:
- Your main focus will be the design implementation and management of cloud-based systems and infrastructure for us.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to evaluate and identify optimal solutions for future features and architecture by using state of the art cloud products.
- Modify and improve existing architecture with and R&D mindset..
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices and modern monitoring tools.
- Identify analyse and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
- Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Who you are:
- Degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Experience in the field of cloud computing with AWS
- Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g. Gitlab).
- Experience with SysOps and Infrastructure-as-Code. (terraform CDK cloud formation)
- AWS certifications are a plus
- Database design experience is a plus
- Interest and passion to learn and experiment with new technologies
- Strong desire to automate routine processes
- A you build it you run it-mentality
- The ability to work autonomously and in a result-oriented way
- Strong written and spoken English skills
