Job Summary

As our Junior Procurement Manager (m/f/d) you will join our procurement team to support the operational side of our global supply chain. You will work closely with suppliers logistics partners and internal teams to ensure that purchase orders deliveries and invoices are handled smoothly and is an ideal role for a proactive and organized individual who is curious about procurement and eager to develop their skills in an international environment.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procurement Operations: Assist with preparing processing and issuing purchase orders while ensuring internal policies are followed.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery timelines tracking them from dispatch to final delivery.
- Data & System Management: Maintain and update supplier databases procurement records and internal systems to ensure accurate information.
- Performance Monitoring: Track supplier reliability regarding quality and delivery timelines reporting potential issues to the Procurement Manager.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate with transport providers and warehouses to ensure smooth deliveries and accurate inventory tracking.
- Financial Alignment: Track supplier invoices check approval statuses in finance systems and help resolve mismatches to support timely settlements.
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus.
- Languages: English on C-level is requirement german is a
- Personal Qualities: You are organized detail-oriented reliable and proactive.
- Experience: Initial experience through internships or working student roles in procurement logistics or finance is a plus.
- Mindset: You are curious and eager to learn about the full procurement cycle and international supply chain operations.
