As a Cyber Security Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the security architecture processes that enable our client a globally operating company in the specialty chemicals industry known for its innovation and commitment to digital transformation to design and implement security solutions and capabilities aligned with business technology and emerging threat landscapes.
You will create security strategy plans and roadmaps based on robust enterprise architecture practices and develop and maintain security artifacts (e.g. models templates standards and procedures) to support security capabilities across projects and operations
Tasks
- Defining and maintaining security frameworks roadmaps standards templates and procedures
- Establishing OS hardening network segmentation IAM policies and data protection (encryption) standards
- Leading security incident handling threat analysis and acting as escalation point collaborating with SOC and NOC teams
- Conducting risk assessments vulnerability management audits and ensuring compliance with NIST ISO 27001 and COBIT
- Managing security tools (SIEM firewalls IDS/IPS WAF endpoint protection) and ensuring system inventory visibility
- Assessing and securing OT and IoT environments in collaboration with operational teams
- Delivering cybersecurity reports and communicating risks to technical and business stakeholders
- Mentoring teams coordinating cross functional efforts and supporting security projects
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Security or related field
- Proven experience in security architecture risk management and compliance
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks tools and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate technical risks to business stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (CISSP CISM CISA or equivalent) are highly desirable
- Fluent in English and German.
