Aufgaben
- Friendly and proactive outreach to customers who have shown interest in our products with the aim of understanding their needs and providing tailored guidance
- Coordination between customers and internal experts such as technical customer advisors or Sales Managers to ensure optimal solutions
- Identification of sales opportunities and support of the sales team through up- and cross-selling
- Careful documentation of customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement of processes and service quality
Qualifikation
- Technical and commercial understanding along with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Native-level proficiency in German French Italian or Spanish
- Good English skills combined with strong communication and organizational abilities
- A solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
