Job Title: Junior Network Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) - Graduate Program
Job Location: Düsseldorf Germany
Main Responsibilities:
This position acts as the customer interface for the product portfolio of Intelligent Operation & Maintenance Solutions taking over following responsibilities:
Provide technical support service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team
Provide value-added professional services support for customer
Conduct project implementation and technical supervision of subcontractors or service partners
Support integration and implementation of Huawei O&M solution AUTIN in customer networks together with HQ and regional experts
Support training workshops for our customers and partners about product technology and service solution
Provide pre-sales support for testing bidding or workshops
Occasionally take on-call shift support
Requirements:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering or similar field of studies
Passion for network & IT technologies and first experience with Network Technologies depending on the domain preferred (i.e. Operation & Maintenance platforms for IT & Telecommunication Networks O&M data modeling and AI applications)
Motivated to work in an intercultural team with ambition to take over responsibility
Language requirements:
Fluent in English
Fluent in German preferred
