Job Title: Recruitment Associate

We value agility cultural sensitivity and data-informed talent Responsibilities:- Screen source and shortlist qualified candidates for open roles (especially for Operations Customer Support Compliance and Tech-adjacent positions).
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics: scheduling interviews sharing feedback maintaining candidate pipelines in ATS (e.g. Greenhouse or Workday).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS/ATS and ensure compliance with local labor regulations (e.g. DOLE guidelines).
- Support onboarding coordination and new hire documentation.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g. LinkedIn engagement campus outreach).
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in HR Psychology Business Administration or related field.
- 13 years of recruitment or HR operations experience preferably in a tech/fintech or BPO environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools.
- Detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-time-zone setting.
