定期拜访KOL和区域讲者完善大区层面推广活动
与销售团队共访辅导落实产品策略执行和产品信息传递
定期组织产品知识和策略学习提高团队专业水准
沟通协调市场部大项目的执行及时提供反馈
内外部区域市场会议及专家会议的筹备及召开汇总并
及时传递各类内外部信息
职位要求
本科及以上学历市场营销临床医学或相关专业优先
5年以上医疗器械行业相关工作经验至少3年销售岗位经验包含大客户(KA)销售或区域销售/市场岗位经历
熟悉区域市场推广策划与执行能制定并落实区域市场推广计划跟进活动频次与质量提升推广效率
具备良好的跨部门沟通与渠道管理能力能推动市场项目执行并及时反馈
成熟稳重结果导向具备较强的沟通谈判与影响力接受出差
强生公司宣布计划将我们的骨科业务拆分成立一个独立的骨科公司运营名为DePuy Synthes该分拆计划预计将在18至24个月内完成具体取决于法律要求包括与员工代表机构如职工代表委员会进行协商监管批准以及其他常规条件和批准如果您接受此职位预计在交易完成后您将成为DePuy Synthes的员工您的雇佣关系将受DePuy Synthes的雇佣流程项目政策和福利计划的管理在这种情况下任何计划变更的细节将由DePuy Synthes在适当的时间通知您并遵循必要的协商程序
