Position Title: Construction Manager

Based in: Mumbai HO (Site visit across PAN India / South East Asia)

Profile overview: Overall looking after overall Civil and mechanical construction activities. and client management and local liasoning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall project execution and handing over to the client
- Reviewing the execution and project progress
- Review Meetings with Clients
- Client Management at Site.
- Handling the local issues and liaisoning
- Review meetings with sub-contractors
- Tracking day to day basis site progress
- Review the work quality and HSE
- Ensure that all quality and safety compliance standards are in adherence to established SOPs and guidelines
- Overall site-related responsibilities
- Timely invoicing to the client.
- Contractor Management
- Project scheduling & tracking costing & cost management of projects
- Overall SAP-related responsibilities
Operational - Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on-site in coordination with key stakeholders (e.g. contractors/PMCs)
- Oversee all operational activities (MEP Civil planning etc.) on site are progressing in line with the established project timelines
- Coordinate with the design team at the site to ensure that all GFC drawings are brought in as per the schedule
- Review the drawings in joint discussions with architects and consultants to foresee any risks and highlight the same
- Analyze the demands for materials requirements on site provide the necessary approvals for their procurement and coordinate on same with the Contracts and Budgeting team
- Coordinate with the Facilities and Handover team during the snagging process to handover the site
- Ensure the scope of responsibility for different snag issues is established and rectified by the project team
- Drive the training schedule and ensure that the same for all PMCs/contractors on site is duly conducted
- Defines and sets work objectives for team members and balances work allocation in the team
- Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
Educational Qualification: -
- B. E or B. Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
