Job Summary

Position Overview: Designer Design Team

The seniority level (Designer to Senior Designer) will be determined by your demonstrated
portfolio and professional experience.

Location: Chakan PUNE India (This is an on-site creative hub role)

Language Requirement: Professional Fluency in English (Mandatory)

Your Impact & Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the critical link between global creative concepts and local execution
ensuring design excellence across all projects.
1. Creative Leadership & Conceptualization

Generate innovative high-impact design concepts for Prestige and Luxury retail environments permanent furniture and promotional displays.
Translate complex brand DNA and marketing strategy into visually coherent impactful and commercially viable design solutions.
Champion standards of aesthetic excellence and detail from concept pitch to final execution.

2. Global Collaboration & Integration

Act as the primary design liaison working directly with our established international design network (Americas Europe and Asia).
Fast-Track Immersion (Initial Focus): For the first 6-12 months you will rapidly integrate with and contribute to our US-based design and engineering teams. This ensures maximum knowledge transfer and allows you to immediately impact high-level international projects while concurrently building the structural foundation for our India department.
Partner with local and international Engineering and Production teams to ensure seamless technical alignment and manufacturability of all designs.

3. Execution Visualization & Innovation

Produce photorealistic 3D renderings high-quality sketches and visually magneticpresentations that transform a concept into an unmissable pitch for the worlds most discerning clients.
Actively source explore and vet cutting-edge materials sustainable technologies and novel design methodologies to continually sharpen our competitive edge in the Indian luxury market.
Play a pivotal role in defining the future creative strategy technology stack and operational excellence standards for the entire design function.

Candidate Profile: Defining the founding member of our new Design Team
We seek a highly motivated self-starting designer who is ready to embrace significant autonomy and rapid professional growth.

Relevant Exposure: While a proven track record is valued we prioritize strong aptitude and potential. Experience in high-level design areas (luxury retail architecture industrial design or elite visual merchandising) is a significant advantage.
Technical Arsenal: Expert-level fluency in 3D modelling and visualization tools (e.g. Rhino 3ds Max or equivalent high-end software) coupled with mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
The Luxury Eye: An exceptional non-negotiable attention to detail understanding of proportion and an innate refined aesthetic sense demanded by the worlds leading luxury houses.
Collaborative Power: The demonstrated ability to thrive and communicate effectively within a dynamic multi-cultural and international team environment.
Readiness to Launch: Must be currently based in India ready for an on-site role in Chakan PUNE with professional fluency in English.
Qualification: Graduate degree in Design( NIFT/NID) or equivalent Or Candidates from
