Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python and exposure to AI/ML concepts to design build and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting advanced analytics and AI-driven use cases in the Capital Markets domain.

Roles & Responsibilities Data Engineering & Pipeline Development

Design develop and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines using Python to ensure high data availability reliability and integrity.
Build and optimize data ingestion frameworks to support batch and near-real-time processing.

ETL & Data Integration

Implement and manage ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes integrating data from multiple structured and unstructured sources into enterprise data warehouses.
Ensure data quality consistency and performance across the data lifecycle.

AI/ML Enablement

Support AI/ML workflows by preparing transforming and delivering high-quality datasets for model training and inference.
Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize data pipelines for AI/ML use cases.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable business-aligned data solutions.
Participate in design reviews technical discussions and solution planning.

Performance Quality & Governance

Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and reliability.
Implement logging error handling and monitoring mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards especially within Capital Markets environments.

Mandatory Skills

Python (Strong hands-on experience)
Exposure to AI/ML concepts and workflows

Snowflake (Data warehousing experience)
