Job Summary

An HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding ensuring the organization attracts and retains qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings sourcing candidates screening resumes conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards social media and networking events to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews using different formats (e.g. structured behavioral) to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates to ensure a competitive offer.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates past applicants and external recruitment agencies to enhance the talent pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong decision-making abilities and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with labor legislation and recruitment trends along with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
