Job Summary

Summary

Responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments in support of our client a global leader in telecommunications and networking technologies at the Sunnyvale CA location. This role ensures compliance with MSI processes TradeSphere system requirements and customs clearance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive inspect and ship materials supporting Nokias Sunnyvale operations; verify accuracy against documentation.
Process shipments and maintain records in TradeSphere and related systems.
Prepare and review customs documentation; coordinate with brokers for timely clearance.
Ensure compliance with MSI procedures and import/export regulations.
Resolve shipment discrepancies and support inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or logistics.
Experience with TradeSphere MSI processes and customs clearance required.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
