About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist with our influencer seeding initiatives. This role requires strong relationship building and communication proactive problem solving organization and attention to detail. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing. Cross-functional partners include Brand Marketing Organic Social eCommerce Customer Service and Distribution.
Youll Make a Difference By
Assisting with Brand influencer campaigns: identifying onboarding and seeding products to content creators to meet campaign goals and timelines.
Nurturing relationships within the creator community through strong communication and responsiveness. Serving as first-line customer service via email/chat by responding to creator inquiries promptly and professionally escalating complex issues when needed.
Working with the Creative Team to develop programs assets including writing briefs tracking deliverables and gaining approvals.
Creating and sharing product information and other training materials with content creators.
Requesting distributing and tracking seeding codes. Collaborating regularly with the e-Comm and email marketing teams.
Placing seeding orders accurately into the order management system. Tracking order processing and flagging issues. Collaborating with Customer Service and Distribution to resolve.
Maintaining and updating records for creator outreach and content seeding orders and campaign performance.
Helping refine seeding workflows creator onboarding materials and email templates to improve efficiency and creator experience.
Providing weekly updates to the Marketing Team and developing presentations for Sr. Leadership as required.
About You
1-2 years experience in community management influencer seeding customer service order entry or related roles (creator-focused experience preferred).
Experience with Microsoft and/or Google programs including Outlook Excel and PowerPoint with some Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas filtering and pivot tables).
Experience with CRM order management or influencer platforms is a plus (e.g. Shopify Zendesk Aspire CreatorIQ).
Strong written and verbal communication and understanding of professional email etiquette.
Driven individual with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with rapidly changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
