About you and this role
In this role The Senior Business Process Specialist (SR. BPS) supports the ISC Capability Management organization by documenting executing and sustaining defined work processes systems and standards that enable consistent compliant and high-quality operations. Working with a team of ISC experts Sr. BPSs are responsible for supporting effective ways of working across the Integrated Supply Chain Organization to deliver business results. Working under the functional guidance of a Business Process Leader (BPL) and in partnership with Business Process Experts (BPXs) the SR. BPS applies foundational functional and technical knowledge to maintain process documentation provide user support coordinate training and contribute to continuous improvement SR. BPS collaborates with peers business stakeholders and IT partners to execute prioritized solutions ensure compliance and support adoption contributing to ISCs strategic pillars of being Disciplined Agile & Resilient and Shaping the Future through reliable execution and data informed process stewardship. They leverage experience to apply theory to practice operate independently under standard conditions and develop effective plans to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
Drive process capability activities to ensure consistent execution and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with Capability Management and stakeholders to define strategy and align process improvements.
Develop and deliver training mentoring and knowledge transfer to build organizational capability.
Interface with IT (DSS) for system development issue resolution and escalation management.
Define document and implement process capabilities tools and training requirements for global consistency.
Resolve process/system issues monitor performance metrics and identify gaps for continuous improvement and future enhancements.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience preferred
Masters degree or equivalent military experience
