About the RoleWere looking for a Finance Intern to support profitability analysis customer prioritization and inventory/SKU management initiatives. This internship provides hands-on project-based experience working cross-functionally with Finance Sales Supply Chain and Operations to develop data-driven tools and processes that help the business make informed customer and pricing decisions in a constrained supply Youll Do:Expand and enhance existing customer profitability analysis to support fast practical prioritization decisionsBuild simplified actionable analysis tools that help identify high-value and low-margin customersPartner with cross-functional leaders to refine customer and SKU prioritization logicSupport the refinement of inventory and SKU management processes related to seasonal programsEnsure completeness and accuracy of SKU and program categorization (e.g. Seasonal Club Everyday)Collaborate with Finance Sales and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather inputs test assumptions and validate outputsWhat Were Looking For:Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Supply Chain Business Analytics Operations or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis or financial modeling is a plusAbility to translate complex data into clear actionable insightsComfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with diverse stakeholdersOrganizational ValuesSafety Teamwork Customer Focus Ownership Initiative CreativityAt Hoffmaster our Organizational Values and strong sense of Integrity guide how we work and engage with each other every day.
