We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings expertise across multiple marketing disciplines. You will collaborate on developing and executing digital campaigns analyze performance metrics and optimize the brands online presence to drive engagement. What Youll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns ensuring consistency across all platforms and alignment with overall brand strategy
- Manage social media platforms & influencer partnerships creating engaging content and fostering community growth
- Optimize website SEO and paid digital campaigns to boost direct bookings and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative teams on branding PR and visual assets to maintain brand integrity and cohesion
- Support events promotions and revenue-driving initiatives measuring their impact and ROI
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and manage the marketing budget allocating resources effectively across various channels and initiatives
- Lead the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures presentations and digital content
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Analyze customer data and behavior to develop targeted marketing strategies and personalized campaigns
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide necessary support materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies
- Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
- Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience preferably in luxury hospitality travel or lifestyle brands
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field or a combination of education and experience
- Strong brand storytelling skills with experience managing digital content and social media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English & Turkish required.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools
