Your role :
Reporting to the Regional Director (western region) the field service technician installs services and maintains TOMRA automated recovery systems at customer sites. He also promotes and sells certain related products.
Challenges :
- Check the operation of equipment and machines perform tests and determine the cause of breakdowns.
- Repair equipment or perform preventive maintenance.
- Ensure that the company is well represented to customers.
- Perform the steps of a service call.
Qualifications :
- College diploma in electronics electromechanics or equivalent.
- Technical and practical knowledge of mechanics electronics electrics and programming automated systems (considered an asset).
- Ability to maintain parts inventory in a service truck.
- Ability to work with an automated service call management system.
- Organized autonomous responsible and flexible.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide a high level of service.
