What youll do
In this role you will own the full customer experience for your assigned Poultry customer base. You will manage endtoend feed program executionusing multiple systems (including M3) to analyze data anticipate upcoming orders plan production needs coordinate with operations and sales and proactively reach out to customers when feed levels are low. You will apply a highly analytical and detailfocused approach to ensure accuracy reliability and strong crossfunctional alignment. You will represent Trouw Nutrition with professionalism empathy and clear communication delivering both good and difficult news when required while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and service.

Youll also need
- Previous experience in customer service or retail with a strong service mindset
- Highlevel communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort with datadriven decisionmaking
- Experience with ERP systems and strong digital proficiency
- Ability to multitask calculate risk and manage priorities independently
- Ability to handle direct customer calls and proactively reach out when needed
- Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills
- Ability to deliver both positive and difficult messages professionally
- Agriculture or animal nutrition experience preferred
- Positive personable openminded highly coachable and teamoriented
- Ability to work on-site full-time
- Availability for one halfday Saturday per month and rotating holiday coverage
