Key Responsibilities
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing Internet Sales team
Oversee hiring onboarding training and ongoing performance coaching
Drive appointment generation lead conversion and sales volume through proactive customer engagement
Ensure timely professional and effective follow-up on all internet leads
Assign incoming leads strategically to maximize close rates
Set clear sales goals monitor KPIs and consistently exceed performance targets
Maintain accurate CRM activity and enforce best practices
Expand lead sources and prospecting opportunities
Strengthen customer relationships through follow-up with sales and service clients
Guide customers to digital tools and product resources that enhance the buying experience
Partner with management to improve processes market penetration and customer satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience managing an automotive Internet Sales or BDC team
Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and drive results
Professional customer-focused approach
Passion for developing people and building long-term success
Requirements:
- High school diploma GED or equivalent required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service Experience or Call Center an added plus
Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Time management prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task are required
Must be willing to submit to a pre employment drug screen and back ground check
