Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing Internet Sales team

  • Oversee hiring onboarding training and ongoing performance coaching

  • Drive appointment generation lead conversion and sales volume through proactive customer engagement

  • Ensure timely professional and effective follow-up on all internet leads

  • Assign incoming leads strategically to maximize close rates

  • Set clear sales goals monitor KPIs and consistently exceed performance targets

  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and enforce best practices

  • Expand lead sources and prospecting opportunities

  • Strengthen customer relationships through follow-up with sales and service clients

  • Guide customers to digital tools and product resources that enhance the buying experience

  • Partner with management to improve processes market penetration and customer satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience managing an automotive Internet Sales or BDC team

  • Strong leadership coaching and communication skills

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and drive results

  • Professional customer-focused approach

  • Passion for developing people and building long-term success

Requirements:
  • High school diploma GED or equivalent required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service Experience or Call Center an added plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Time management prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task are required
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre employment drug screen and back ground check
