Job Summary

Were looking for a Financial Systems Manager to lead the administration optimization and integration of our financial systems. This role is a critical bridge between Technology and Finance ensuring systems run smoothly compliance standards are met and data drives smart business decisions. 

What Youll Do

  • Own Financial Systems: Manage and maintain ERP platforms (Deltek Vantagepoint) and related tools.
  • Drive Innovation: Oversee system upgrades testing and implement new features including AI-driven enhancements.
  • Enable Insights: Build dashboards for revenue recognition project margins and labor tracking using Power BI.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain GAAP standards perform access reviews and support audit requirements.
  • Lead Projects: Deliver initiatives like revenue recognition standardization and dashboard development.
  • Collaborate: Act as the go-to liaison between Finance IT and external vendors.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager. 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field.
  • 58 years in a technology role; 13 years managing financial systems and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and revenue recognition.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills 

Required Technology Platforms: 

Must Have:

  • Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision (ERP)
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams SharePoint Outlook)
  • Microsoft Azure AD & Entra (identity management & automation)
  • Direct support experience for Payroll AR AP and Timesheet systems

Nice to Have:

  • QuickBooks Xero Concur ADP Paychex Paylocity HighRadius Fibus
  • SQL or similar database tools
  • Power Apps / Power Automate / Fabric
  • AI-driven financial tools
  • Multi-company ERP consolidation
  • Microsoft 365 Dynamics
