Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and communication-savvy Junior Associate Partnerships to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in business development and partner engagement. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing partner communication conducting demos and supporting outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and provide timely courteous and professional assistance to partners.

  • Conduct product or service demos for potential partners and clients addressing queries and showcasing key benefits.

  • Assist with outbound projects campaigns and partner outreach efforts as needed.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of partner interactions and update internal CRM or tracking systems consistently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for new and existing partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 12 years of experience OR
    MBA graduate with 1 year of experience in business development partnerships customer success or related fields.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in client facing or Partner Facing role.

  • Ability to explain products and conduct demos confidently.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in B2B outreach or partner management.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry best practices.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.

  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
