Job Description:
Job Title : Junior Python Manual Test Engineer
Job Type : Full-time
Experience : 2-3 Years
Location : Hyderabad Telangana(Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of Python-based applications including web applications APIs and backend systems
- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios test cases and test data
- Execute test cases document results and report issues clearly
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools
- Validate application data through database testing using SQL queries
- Identify log track and retest defects using tools such as JIRA ALM or Azure DevOps
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Apply knowledge of SDLC STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies during testing activities
- Use basic Python scripting for test data preparation validation or simple testing utilities
- Perform regression smoke and sanity testing as required
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Follow defined testing processes standards and best practices
- Communicate testing status issues and risks clearly to the team
- Gain or demonstrate exposure to automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium or PyTest to support testing activities
- Develop an understanding of cloud-based applications and environments such as AWS or Azure when applicable
Qualification:
