Junior BIM Engineer (MEP & Mechanical Assets)

Location:Mysure

Exp: 5Yrs

Exposure to ndustrial Plant modelling
Familiarity with production equipment utilities pipe racks equipment clearances and plant room layouts.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Revit MEP (Mechanical & Electrical disciplines).
Strong ability to visualize 3D equipment from Point Cloud data.
Understanding of industrial piping systems and production machinery footprints.

Key Responsibilities

MEP Modeling: Model all technical assets (HVAC Piping Electrical) to LOD 300.
Detailing: accurately model hangers and supports as requested in the scope (LOD300 hangers).
Production Assets: Identify and model Production Machines and Office Equipment from the Point Cloud as generic models or specific families as per the standards.
Coordination: Ensure MEP elements align with the architectural grid and axis cross A-0 established by the coordinator.
Family Management: Utilize the specific Component lists families from the project template for all technical assets.
